This privacy policy ("policy") explains how Stepnstones Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our Delta Fleet mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect
  • Username, password, user ID and role for login authentication
  • Location latitude and longitude tracking while submitting the refueling data with the current place details
  • Vehicle number, vehicle ID, vehicle type and KM reading
  • Driver name, driver ID and mobile number
  • Fuel litres, fuel type (Petrol/Diesel), fuel price and total cost
  • Bill amount and pump type (company/outside pump)
  • Before refueling, after refueling, odometer and bill photos

  • To authenticate user login and manage sessions
  • To track submit refueling data
  • To submit and store refueling records
  • To generate fuel summary reports
  • To capture refueling location address
  • To store user session data
3. Permissions We Use
  • ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION – For precise GPS tracking
  • ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION – For approximate location
  • CAMERA – To capture refueling photos
  • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – To save images temporarily
  • READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE – To select images from gallery
  • INTERNET – To sync data with our servers
  • NETWORK_STATE – To check internet connectivity
4. Data Sharing
  • We share data with our own servers for storage and processing
  • We do NOT sell your data to anyone
  • We do NOT use your data for advertising
5. Data Retention
  • User session data is kept until you log out
  • Refueling records are kept for reporting purposes
  • Photos are stored on our servers
  • Location history is kept for fleet tracking

  • We will notify you of changes through an in-app dialog
